Brandon Michon is a native of Loudoun County, a father, a husband, a businessman, and a man of faith. As a parent, he stood up to the Loudoun County School Board when they shutdown schools, covered up assaults, pushed controversial policies and forcibly masked children. Brandon sparked a movement in Loudoun County and has become a voice for parents and children all across the nation as they continue to fight for their educational freedom.
Brandon said it best: “There are people like me and a line of other people out there willing to take your seat and figure it out,” and that’s why Brandon has stepped up to the plate to run for Congress. After watching failed leadership in Washington, and the lack of representation in the 10th district, he knew he had to act upon his words. Brandon believes that all elected officials should serve with honesty, integrity and a desire to do what’s right for the people, instead of pushing failed agendas. With these attributes and his love for Virginia and America, he will represent the voice of the people in the 10th district.
As a businessman, Brandon understands the importance of balancing our nation’s budget and the need to rein in the unchecked spending taking place in Washington, D.C. Brandon and his family have witnessed how record inflation has impacted the community sending the price of gas and groceries through the roof thanks to the failed leadership of career politicians like Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden.
As your Congressman, Brandon will go to Washington to Raise The Bar and Figure It Out by working to solve our current problems and unify our nation. He will fight to protect our children’s education by refocusing on literacy, history, science and advanced math. We will keep our communities safe by supporting law enforcement and building trust in our communities. He will get our economy back on track by prioritizing strategies to grow the economy, lower inflation and keep more of your hard-earned dollars in your pocket.
Brandon attended elementary, middle, and high school in Loudoun County. After graduating with honors, he attended Brigham Young University on an athletic scholarship. He received a degree in Business Management from the Marriott School of Business, while playing Division 1 baseball in the Mountain West Conference. Brandon started his professional career working for one of the top investment banks in the country before returning to Loudoun County where he is now self-employed. He currently resides in Hamilton, VA with his wife Kelly, and their four young children. They are active members of their community and their church. He is looking forward to representing the 10th Congressional District in Virginia.
